We are a community led Residents Association for the Alders and Birch Gate Developments

The aim of our residents association is to reflect the interests of residents on The Alders & Birch Gate development (Taylor Wimpey Phase 1, 2 and Bovis Homes). Ensure that the relevant authorities maintain the estate in a safe, useable condition. To act as a way to receive ideas and suggestions to improve the area and living environment. Working together to resolve issues with estate management companies and Council representatives. To do this, we the committee of the residents association will meet on a quarterly basis to consolidate feedback, complaints and issues from residents on the estate.
